Through instruction & a cooking demonstration, attendees will learn the impact of plant-based eating on risk factors for heart disease, and knowledge & skills needed to prepare simple, nutritious meals that support heart health.
Participants will be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate.
$20 FBBG members/$25 public. Ages 18 and up.
