Through instruction & a cooking demonstration, this class aims to empower attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare simple, nutritious meals that fuel optimal fitness and recovery.
Participants will be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate.
$20 FBBG members/$25 public. Ages 18 and up.
