Come to the Gardens to learn the art of meditation. We will use gentle stretches, breathing, progressive relaxation and a mantra to guide the mind to a quieting inward experience. Cultivate inner peace, restore emotional balance, and deepen your connection to the beauty of nature. Led by Lata Massa of the Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center.
Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat, a light blanket or shawl and small cushion.
Classes meet indoors in the multimedia room at the Education and Visitor’s Center. Participants are invited to stroll through the gardens after the class.
