You can help support FBBG’s Education Initiatives!
FBBG provides year-round K-12 student centered, outcomes driven, nature based plant science and environmental education. The education occurs largely in the Gardens and is the centerpiece of FBBG’s mission, and focus of our initiatives.
Plant Hope and Planet Hope are FBBG created & fully funded programs, offered for public schools that demonstrate the need for financial support to participate in these programs.
ON-GOING EDUCATION NEEDS:
SOIL – MUSHROOMS – WORMS – PEAT POTS – SEEDS – CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT
SESSION 4 (Spring Safari) – SOIL, PEAT POTS, SEEDS (Sunflower, green beans, watermelon and pumpkin)
CURRENT WISH LIST ITEMS:
Laptop Speakers – Adjustable for use in classroom
Classroom Rug – for students to sit on during group activities
DONATION LEVELS
- $25 (soil, worms, peapots. mushrooms)
- $100 – (classroom supplies and equipment)
- $250 – (larger wish list items)
