Yoga at the Gardens

Begin your yoga experience with Lata Massa of the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center. We will be practicing gentle, beginning yoga in the Pana Vidya style, designed for adults of all flexibility levels.

Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a light blanket or shawl and a small cushion.
