Yoga at the Gardens

Class Session: March 18th – May 27th

Discover the benefits of Raja Yoga as you learn to harmonize the body, breath and mind in this meditative style from an ancient Himalayan tradition. You’ll be introduced to principles for guiding the mind in daily life, limbering and strengthening poses for the body, restorative breathing practices along with meditation to deepen your sense of inner peace.

No experience is needed for this class.

Classes are led by Lata Massa of the Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center.

Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a light blanket and a small cushion. Classes meet indoors in Education and Visitor’s Center. All are invited to stroll through the gardens after the class.

Pre-registration is recommended.  Classes will be cancelled if attendance is below 10 registered attendees.   Any classes cancelled will result in a credit to be used for another class, membership or purchase in our gift shop.  Any cash or card credit will be given only if personally requested.
