Experience the botanical gardens in their winter season through the practice of forest bathing. Inspired by the winter solstice, we’ll immerse ourselves in the quiet beauty of the gardens through simple sensory invitations, mindful presence, and reflection on the season’s themes of stillness, renewal and returning light. No forest bathing experience is needed. Please dress warmly for the weather. We’ll conclude our time together with a warm cup of tea.
