Experience the transformation and tranquility of the Gardens in early spring! This class is an invitation to slow down, rejuvenate, and experience the many benefits of being in nature. We will begin with a lovely meditative walk through the Gardens, stopping frequently to observe and reflect on our sensory experience. We’ll then move indoors for a gentle yoga session of stretching, breathwork, relaxation, and guided imagery. No prior yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat or large towel. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
