Indoor Plein Air Workshop

 Come paint the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors!

Join artist Beth Stoddard as she instructs how to paint the beauty of Boerner Botanical Gardens.

Please bring your own painting supplies; a recommended supply list is available by emailing Paul Vandermeuse, pvandermeuse@fbbg.org

About the artist:

Beth Stoddard is a Milwaukee artist who draws and paints from life with a modern sensibility. She’s currently working on a project to paint all 169 of the Milwaukee County Parks.

Born in Waukesha, WI, she studied in Philadelphia, obtaining a BFA from the University of Pennsylvania and a four-year Certificate in Painting from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Her painterly realist pieces are continuously exhibited in southeastern Wisconsin, including representation at Port Washington’s Blue Awning Gallery, and are held in private collections nationwide.
