Come join the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens for our annual In the Gardens fundraiser!

Why: Proceeds from this event will support our children’s Plant Science and Environmental Education programs here at Boerner Botanical Gardens!

Every year, we welcome hundreds of prominent community members and local businesses to enjoy the natural beauty of Boerner Botanical Gardens and support our children’s education programs.

 

 

In 2014, the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens delivered Plant Science and nature-driven learning to over 18,800 children at the Gardens!

 

 

FBBG’s education programs are a key feature of our organization. We bring children and schools from all across the Greater Milwaukee Area to participate in hands-on activities and unique interactive learning. Many of our programs are grant-based and do not require the schools, teachers or parents to pay a fee for the classes taught here.

Here’s what to expect at our In the Gardens event this year:

• Drinks and cocktails (begin at 5:30pm)

• Live music performed by Terry Smirl Jazz Trio throughout the entire evening

• Mixing and mingling with friends, community members and local businesses

• Time to stroll around the Gardens and enjoy the beautiful sunset

• Dinner and dessert buffet (6:30pm – 8:00pm)
  

• All guests receive a complimentary one-year FBBG membership!

• Silent Auction
