Spring is a great time to prepare your body for all the upcoming gardening and yard work! These yoga classes will guide you through simple yet powerful techniques you can use every day to keep your body moving optimally. You will learn stretches and breathing exercises, as well as proper body positioning for yard work to minimize discomfort and injuries.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. Those new to yoga encouraged to sign up!
Note: yoga classes will be held inside unless weather permits us to be outdoors.”
