Monday, April 14, 10:00am-12:00 pm.
Through instruction & a cooking demonstration, this class aims to empower attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare simple, nutritious meals using plant-based eating that fuel optimal fitness and recovery.
Participants will be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate.
$20 FBBG members/$25 public. Ages 18 and up.
