Learn how hard cider is made! Join us to learn all about the steps that go into hard cider brewing like:
- How and why different apples are used in making hard cider
- How the fermentation process works
- The importance of sanitation
- How to blend the finished product
Those over 21 may sample hard ciders at the end of the class
