October Artist of the Month: Norma Boesel

This month, meet Norma Boesel, our October Artist of the Month! Originally from Upstate New York, Norma has been sewing for most of her 60-plus years — learning the basics in Home Ec and much more from her talented mother. What started with tote bags for coworkers and aprons for a customer’s family has grown into a lovely collection you’ll find in our Gift Shop: aprons and bags for adults and children, baby bibs, kids’ hats, towel scarves, and even dog bandanas. “I just love every time I get to come in to the Gift Shop — it’s such a beautiful environment,” she says. “I’m so grateful for everyone’s support.” Stop in and take a look at her handmade creations!
