2026 FBBG Holiday Gift Fair — Now Accepting Vendor Applications

The Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens are looking for local artists, crafters, and small businesses to join our Annual Holiday Gift Fair! This family-friendly event is held indoors in the Education & Visitor Center, with booth space set up across the main-level atrium and classrooms. We’re looking for high-quality, unique handmade gifts and goods that will appeal to our holiday shoppers — jewelry, home décor, artwork, specialty foods, and more.

Admission to the fair is free for attendees, drawing a steady flow of holiday shoppers looking for one-of-a-kind gifts. If you’re an artist, crafter, or small business owner, we’d love to have you.

Booth Details

• Booth space is approximately 8′ x 8′, located in the main-level atrium and classrooms

• Booth fee: $75

• Vendors must be available for the entire event (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM), with set-up beginning at 7:30 AM and breakdown from 2:00–3:00 PM

• Vendors are welcome to share a booth — see “Sharing a Booth” below

How to Apply

1. Download and complete the Vendor Application (link below), including your contact info, a description of your art/craft/business, price range, and target demographics.

2. Include a $5 application fee (check or cash, payable to FBBG). This fee is non-refundable, but if you’re accepted, it will be applied toward your $75 booth fee.

3. Include 3–5 photo samples of your work, with at least one photo showing your booth setup. Photos represent the items you intend to sell and won’t be returned, so please send duplicates or color copies. A website cannot substitute for photo samples (you don’t need one to apply, but feel free to list it if you have one).

4. Include the Wisconsin Tax Info Sheet (link below) — Wisconsin requires event operators to collect vendor tax information (Form S-240) for all vendors.

5. Mail your completed application, fee, photos, and tax info sheet to: Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens Attn: Lisa Ireland 9400 Boerner Dr. Hales Corners, WI 53130.

Application deadline: October 9, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.

Sharing a Booth

Vendors are welcome to share a booth with others. Please note that booth placement is based on the work samples submitted, and those samples must represent everything your group intends to sell. Submit one combined application per group, with a single point of contact responsible for relaying information to the rest of the group.

What Happens After You Apply

• Acceptance notifications go out the week of October 12, 2026 — you’ll hear from us by email either way.

• Due to the volume of applications, we’re unable to provide feedback on applications that aren’t selected. Thank you for understanding.

• If accepted, you’ll receive a vendor contract by email, due back by November 4, 2026.

• Prior participation is appreciated but doesn’t guarantee a spot in this year’s fair.

• If you need to withdraw after applying, please let us know as soon as possible.
