The Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens host a variety of classes and events year-round at Boerner Botanical Gardens.
April Children’s Education Class – Bird Migration
April 30 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Learn all about bird migration, including why they migrate and when they return.
Learn about what foods bird eat, where their nests are, and what they sound like!
You’ll search for birds and listen for bird songs on a tour of Boerner.
Take home and build a kite to learn about flight!
Each class is limited to 10 participants per group. Only one group per session.
Cost: $50/group
Classes held rain/shine/snow and include an outdoor educational walk.
Days: Thursday or Friday option
Times: 10:00 am or 1:00 pm option.
Masks and social distancing required!
